We are so excited to announce that we are growing and in need of expanding our team by seeking a full time Customer Service Representative for our corporate headquarters in Mesa, AZ.

We are looking for someone with an infectious personality, ambition, and the desire to engage in meaningful conversations. Our Customer Service Representatives act as a liaison by advocating for our clients and serving them to meet all plumbing needs, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy, efficiency, and genuine care.

About the Role:

· Handles high-volume of customer calls with utmost care and positivity

· Identify and assess customer needs accurately and efficiently

· Build trust and sustainable relationships with customers by having transparent and interactive conversations

· Meet Customer Service Team targets and call handling quotas

· Patiently handle customer complaints and offer appropriate solutions, escalate to appropriate managers when needed, and follow up to ensure resolution

· Record keeping of all customer interactions with high attention to detail

What We are Looking for:

· Infectious personality with exemplary communication skills

· Can actively listen and problem solve with utmost care and concern

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Any previous customer service experience preferred

· Proficient with technology and multiple software platforms

· High School Diploma or General Education Degree
